What are your thoughts on Crypto-to-Debit Card services like Wirex for receiving aff commissions? Has anyone had any experience using such services?

Tried something a few years ago and after all the document verifications the company cancelled the use of cards. Since then use wallets to receive crypto such as Exodus (very good) and then other providers such as Bylls to transfer to bank accounts.

Yeah, the monthly debit card fees might be a bit of a problem.

The monthly debit card fee is not the problem. Its more the fees to exchange BTC to € or $ and that the current debit card allows you only to withdraw 240€ per day and the ATM Fees are 2,90€ for every transaction.
